ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Dr. Dali Tung, and I’m the face behind Apygy Leadership Lab.

Long before I began my professional journey as an organizational psychologist, I was a kid who was endlessly curious about people. Who are we beneath the surface? Why do we behave the way we do? What makes us different or alike? I am proud to say that I have not lost that curiosity. If anything, it has been magnified with many years of study and research, 3 degrees, and practical work experience in the academic and corporate spaces.

My innate curiosity lends itself to my people-centered work. I aim to make self-exploration fun and adventurous, yet also illuminating and worthwhile. Ultimately, self-knowledge is a long, beautiful journey, and I consider it my privilege to guide others on part of their journeys.
