  • My educational background includes a Ph.D. in Psychology, with a focus on Organizations and Systems. My doctoral dissertation focused on structured mentoring programs. I also hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. My master’s thesis was a study of cognition and emotion in self-discipline.

    My professional background includes group facilitation and workshop development across various contexts, starting with facilitation of social skills training for young adults on the autism spectrum at UCLA. I also worked in faculty development at Tufts University, where I conducted evaluations of faculty performance, and contributed to workshop design. Additionally, I developed and facilitated customized learning programmes for professionals at Stellenbosch University.

    Prior to this work experience, while earning my Master’s, I completed 300 hours of one-on-one and two-on-one psychotherapy under licensed supervision.
